We can help with any statements you need sworn or documents you need notarized including travel consents, vaccine affidavits or statutory declarations for insurance purposes. Walk-ins are welcome.
Please note that all parties who are required to sign must attend our office and must sign in front of the commissioner and/or notary public.
Please bring two pieces of valid ID; one must be a government issued photo ID.
